Overlooking the beach of Saint Jean, it is a few minutes from shops and restaurants. This charming family home was recently renovated to give a modern look while keeping its own colonial style. There is an excellent view of small-plane traffic, which is a famous show in St Barth.

The property accomodate 3 units: The first bungalow is the central one. It features an equipped kitchen, barbecue, covered terrace with dining table and swimming pool. The large deck surrounding the pool is providing sunbathing areas, as well as shaded areas. The kitchen include a bar who can serves as a poolside bar. A barbecue and plancha admit great conviviality moments and most of all amazing views. A TV room with board games and air conditioning, as well as a bedroom are composing the second bungalow. The third bungalow is the biggest. 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower with nice volumes.

For a larger party, we also offer Villa Sous la Falaise, Villa Reef Point and Villa La Vigie who are in close distance from each other.
