Sea ViewLocated in the Flamands’ hillside, Villa Alpaka will meet all expectations for a St Barth vacation. It is close to several restaurants as well as Flamands Beach. The villa offers 4 bedrooms totally independant from each other. Each features its own terrace, dressing, and in bathroom with rain head shower. The villa has great indoor and outdoor living spaces. Such as the kitchen and living room, terrace and the infinity pool where you will enjoy unforgettable time with your loved ones.
Two levels compose the property. The main level offer disabled access and includes the master bedroom but also its ensuite bathroom; Kitchen, infinity pool, TV area, in addition to a living room with dining table on the terrace. On the lower level, with stairs access on each end of the pool, you will have on one side bedroom 2 and 3, and on the opposite side, bedroom 4.

Thanks to its barrier of Rocks, the water is shallow with impressive underwater life and its sand is white. This cove is ideal for families with young children and for snorkeling lovers.
