Blue swan is a beautiful 5 bedrooms villa in Lurin. The property is minutes from Gustavia, the beach, as well as restaurants and shops. The main part consists of a kitchen with bar overlooking the terrace. There are also a large living room and a terrace with dining table. A large deck surrounds the pool and the pool bar, ideal for a cocktail by the water.

Several bungalows are hosting the bedrooms. Three are at the pool level and the fourth is on the lower floor with a private terrace for more privacy. The fifth bedroom is open upon request, and overlooks the parking lot, perfect for staff members. Each rooms has its own bathroom with shower.

The villa offers a magnificent view of the ocean, Gustavia harbour but also on the surrounding islands like Saba and St Marteen.
