Just in front, facing the sea, the heated pool and the lovely outdoor areas surrounded with a lush garden and is the perfect place for entertaining. Loungers, a shaded gazebo with dining table and BBQ, everything you need for having a good time.
Back inside, the contemporary lines ally with the white walls, natural wooden panels and clear marble floors and wide doors give the house a bright atmosphere. Two equal size bedrooms are located either side of the living area and both have ensuite bathrooms and dressing areas. The villa is also equipped with all modern electronic appliances and has a large garage area below.
Villa Palm is close to Grand Cul de Sac lagoon, its restaurants, hotels and watersport activities.

The shallow, crystalline waters of the lagoon are cradle of small fish, lobster and conch. It is also the ideal place to practice sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing, snorkeling… Jet skiing is prohibited inside the lagoon, but a passage in the water allows the departure and arrival by one side of the lagoon a little deeper. You can even have a translucent canoe tour or walk along the beach and eat at one of the lagoon’s best tables.
